Yes. EduFest Academy works with genuine and experienced faculty, including retired officers, practicing professionals, and subject experts from Town Planning, Urban Planning, Architecture, Valuation, and related fields. Faculty involvement may vary by course and batch.

No. Laptop access is not provided due to data privacy and content security reasons. Video lectures are accessible only through EduFest Academy's Android and iOS mobile app.

No. Course change is not available after enrollment. Students should carefully check the course title, exam category, syllabus coverage, course type, and hardcopy notes details before purchasing.

For hardcopy notes courses, expected delivery is usually 3 to 4 working days within Maharashtra and 6 to 7 working days outside Maharashtra. Tracking details are shared after dispatch.

If a hardcopy notes order has already been dispatched, return or refund is not available. If cancellation is approved before dispatch, 10% will be deducted from the refundable amount.

For paid courses without hardcopy notes, cancellation may be considered only if requested on call within 3 days of enrollment. If approved, 10% will be deducted.

If cancellation is approved for a course with hardcopy notes, 20% will be deducted and the user must send the hardcopy notes back to the return address shared by the support team. After quality check of the returned material, the final refund value may change. Terms and conditions are strictly followed.

After purchase, tracking details will be shared after dispatch. Hardcopy notes courses do not include a PDF version of the notes. Further course communication will be handled through EduFest Academy's app, so please download the app and register with the same mobile number used in your order.

Yes. Bare acts shared on EduFest Academy are collected from official government websites or official source portals wherever available. They are provided for exam preparation and study reference, and students should verify the latest amendments or notifications from the respective official department when required.
